5. Delivery Location and Timeline

In India, we serve all cities across India. Please check if we deliver to your PIN Code in the shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. In such a situation we request you to kindly contact our customer support team at support@pyritemantra.com.

We also provide international delivery across the globe. Please be advised that delivery to certain locations may not be possible due to country-specific restrictions or other logistical issues. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if delivery to the specified location cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued for the affected order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is within a region where delivery is supported.

A tentative delivery date/time will be sent along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.

If the delivery timeline falls on a public holiday or Sunday, the timeline for delivery will be extended by another day. Customers can also track their order by contacting our customer support team as detailed on the Website. Notwithstanding anything above, delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to shipment issues, customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to fulfill orders within the specified time frame, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties or external factors. In the event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

6. Payment and Modifications to Prices/Services

For orders being shipped within India, payment only in INR is accepted. Prices are inclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST, as applicable. In case international credit cards are being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your credit/debit card policy. You may be required to share with us a copy of any Government issued photo identity proof of the country of residence.

Payments for International Orders are accepted through Razorpay and /Zoho Secure Payout gateway either by your bank account or by using International credit/debit cards only. We also accept direct bank transfers for such orders. For orders being shipped outside India, the payment will be accepted only in INR currency. Applicable currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order. Prices for international orders will include shipping and handling charges, taxes, etc., pertaining to the country of delivery.

Note - For Orders above value of INR 02 (Two) lakhs, you are required to send us the PAN Card.

7. Bank Account Information

You are obligated to provide accurate banking information as required by the Company for the purpose of processing payments. By using the Services, the User agrees to the following obligations:

Accuracy of Payment Information - You agree that the debit/credit card details provided for the use of the Services must be correct and accurate. You further agree that you will not use any debit/credit card that is not lawfully owned by you, nor any card for which you are not authorized by the lawful owner to use. You undertake to provide only valid and correct debit/credit card details. Payment Methods - You confirm that there are sufficient funds or credit available in the nominated card/bank account to cover the payment, including any applicable fees.

Payment Authorization - You confirm that by providing your payment details and initiating a payment transaction, you authorize the Company to process the transaction, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

8. Products

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and/or are made to order/procured on order in nature; these products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Please note that due to their distinctive color, texture, origin, etc certain products displayed on the website may be slightly different than the displayed image. Pyritemantra.com may terminate your membership and/or subscription by sending a notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership, or such other email address as you may later provide to Pyritemantra.com. If Pyritemantra.com terminates your membership in the Service because of any material breach to this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. All decisions regarding the termination of Accounts shall be made at the sole discretion of Pyritemantra.com. Pyritemantra.com is not required to provide you any notice whatsoever prior to terminating your membership and/or subscription. Pyritemantra.com is not required and may be prohibited from disclosing a reason for the termination of your account. All terms that by their nature survive termination of this Agreement shall be deemed to survive such termination irrespective of any termination of membership and/or subscription.

13. Right To Form Consortium/Associates

While providing services, Pyritemantra.com may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against Pyritemantra.com only and not against such persons or organizations.

14. Proprietary Rights

1. The Company owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Pyritemantra.com website and products/services offered herein. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of the Company, and its licensors. Except for that information that is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by Pyritemantra.com without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees.
